We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions when necessary.
If we have to cancel a session, you will be offered:

  • A place on a future date, credit to use against another course or a full refund.

6. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any course or workshop. However, gift vouchers cannot be used for our Open Access sessions, but we offer packages for Open Access. Open Access packages are non-refundable.

7. Firing & Collection

  • Work made in our classes will be fired in our electric kilns. This process can take up to 6 weeks. Large-scale pieces or additional firings may incur a surcharge.

  • The nature of pottery includes variations during firing, and results cannot be guaranteed. We handle all work with care but are not liable for cracking, breakage, or glaze variation during the firing process.

  • Items not collected after 6 months may be disposed of.

8. Studio Use & Safety

Participants must follow instructions from tutors and technicians at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove anyone behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

We may occasionally take photographs or videos during classes and workshops for our website and social media.

By attending a session, you consent that images may be used for promotional purposes.

If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know in writing in advance or inform a member of staff on arrival, and we will ensure you are not included.
